Dried Strawberry Chocolate Buttons

What You need
Ingredients:
250g High-quality chocolate (Lindt) Dark, milk and white chocolate.
½ cup Redberry Farm Dried Strawberries (available from the Farm Stall)
½ cup Cashew nuts
Sprinkle coarse sea salt (optional)
What you need:
Bowl to melt chocolate.
Baking tray
Wax paper
Preparation Method
Chop the nuts into small pieces.
Place chocolate in individual bowls.
Melt chocolate in a heavy bottom saucepan. Start on high heat and remove as soon as the chocolate starts to melt. Stir until all the chocolate have melted.
Using a tablespoon, drop some of the chocolate on a piece of wax paper that you place on a baking tray.
Spread the chocolate to form a round shape.
Once you have a few chocolate rounds top them with nuts and dried strawberries, sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
Continue until all chocolates are covered with toppings.
Transfer the baking tray to the freezer for 10-15 minutes.
Remove from the freezer and allow to sit for 30 mins.
Remove and place in an airtight container with sheets of wax paper between layers of chocolate.
