Our Raspberries

The raspberry patch was planted in 2013 and achieved an impressive yield of 15 tons in the 2014 – 2015 season. Since then our seasonal yields have grown year-on-year.

These heart-healthy berries are available at our Farm Stall and we also stock major supermarket retailers in South Africa.

Raspberries are picked from the end of November until the end of March.

We predominantly grow the Grandeur variety, which is sweet, delicious and has a good shelf life.

When your raspberries are kept refrigerated, you can enjoy them for as long as two to three days.

Raspberries are a very fragile fruit.  Refrigerate them immediately and only rinse them when you are ready to eat them or use them in salads and other delicious dishes. Take care to handle your raspberries very gently while rinsing them.
