Returns Policy

A return of products, other than food items, can be requested within 7 days of delivery to you, only if it is defective, opened, damaged or you have changed your mind.

Want to exchange?

  • Clothing items can be exchanged for a different size or colour variation, provided that such variation is available. If such variation is not available, we will credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).
  • Any other product can only be exchanged if it does not meet your expectation.
  • Worn clothing can not be returned or exchanged.
  • Food items are not returnable and can not be exchanged.

 

We are entitled to inspect the product to validate your return.

Products damaged on delivery

Insurance is available for courier of your package and can be selected at your own discretion.

Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery, please notify us immediately by logging a return via email at marketingassist@redberryfarm.co.za.

We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will replace the product as soon as possible (if we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference).

Preparing your products for a return

To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning the product(s);

  • package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
  • clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel;

Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.

Charges and refunds

If you return a product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories/original packaging and parts that were sold with that product, we are entitled to refuse the return, only to replace the item that you did return, or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and parts and only to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item.

The same courier fee as your initial order, will be charged on all returns and exchanges. Collection and dispatch of the item(s) will be arranged, provided they are in the same condition that they were received in. Exchanges must be requested within 10 days from the date of receipt of your order.

NO exchanges will be processed for worn clothing. NO exchanges will be processed for food items.

Please note that refunds are only made to the payment method that you originally used – i.e. payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by EFT will be refunded to your nominated bank account.
