Exchanges
The same courier fee as your initial order will be charge on all exchanges. Collection and dispatch of the item(s) will be arranged, provided they are in the same condition that they were received in. Exchanges must be requested within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order. NO exchanges will be process for worn clothing. No exchanges will be processed for food items. Should you wish to request an exchange, please email online@redberryfarm.co.za for assistance.
