Our strawberries are supplied to national retailers countrywide and imported to the Middle East. The second grade fruit is used to make delicious jams, syrups, salad splash and other exclusive strawberry products available at our Farm Stall. Buy strawberries fresh or frozen, or pick the freshest berries in our Pick Your Own fields!
September to early January, although we do grow out-of-season strawberries all year round.
We grow Californian varieties. These varieties are well suited for our climate in George. Each variety is unique with differences in size and taste.
Three to five days in your fridge.
Always refrigerate your berries immediately and only wash them when you are ready to use them. Gently rinse the strawberries under cool water while the calyx is still on. After washing, you can remove the green calyx. For enhanced natural flavours, allow the strawberries to reach room temperature again and serve.
